We will practise Metta, an ancient technique that has been shown in modern research to reduce anxiety and depression, increase self-acceptance, and foster a deep sense of connection. Step by step, we will learn how to become an invisible friend to the world, leaving no one outside our circle of compassion, including ourselves!
Metta is a powerful antidote to fear, anger, and disconnection. Loving-kindness isn’t just wishful thinking; it reshapes how we experience life.
The workshop includes discussions, journaling, and short guided meditations ranging from five to twenty minutes.
